Robin Lindsay
Robin Lindsay

Over forty years experience in Executive Maritime operations and Executive Leadership. Robin was the Executive Vice President of New-build & Refurbishment for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Robin oversaw the robust new build program and refurbishment projects across the company's 30-ship fleet. Robin joined NCLH in 2015 and played a key part in the introduction of 10 groundbreaking vessels across its three brands. Before joining the company, Robin served as Executive Vice President of Vessel Operations for Prestige Cruise Holdings. Robin also served as Oceania's Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations and Vessel Operations. Robin also served as Senior Vice President of Vessel Operations at Silversea Cruises and, Vice President of Operations at Radisson Seven Seas Cruises.

VP Marine and Technical Operations

Marco Fantasia was the Vice President of Safety & Compliance at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), overseeing safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, and officers development programs across the company's three brands — Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. He joined the NCLH group in 2011, starting at Prestige Cruise Holdings, the parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, in the UK office. There, he worked as Director of Regulatory Compliance, Safety, and Training. After Prestige merged with Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings in 2015, he moved to the company's headquarters in Miami, Florida. Over time, he took on more responsibility across the combined fleet and later became Vice President, based on strong performance and deep knowledge of the organization. Mr. Fantasia has more than 20 years of international maritime experience. He has worked with Wilhelmsen Ships Service, Columbia Ship Management, Crystal Cruises, and Carnival Cruise Lines, where he developed a broad operational perspective through exposure to multiple disciplines supporting the overall management of ships. He holds an Unlimited Master Mariner and is certified as an ISPS Company Security Officer (ISPS-CSO) and an ISM/ISO Lead Auditor. He is also known for his interest in technology and innovation that improves how work is done. He focuses on practical solutions that make complex problems feel simple, turning what seems impossible into clear steps.

Capt. Razeto served as Senior Vice President, Marine Operations, operating as a top-tier fleet executive with responsibility for global operations across 33 vessels worldwide for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Capt. Razeto joined NCLH in 2015. Before joining the company, Capt. Razeto served as Vice President of Nautical Operations and Compliance CSO at Prestige Cruise Holdings from 2008 until 2015. Earlier in his career, he served in senior positions with Martinoli SAM and Costa Crociere, including Safety & Quality Superintendent and Staff Captain, building a strong foundation in shipboard operations, safety management systems, and quality assurance. Capt. Razeto also served in the Italian Navy and was honorably discharged with the rank equivalent to U.S. Navy Petty Officer Second Class (OR-5).
